SUA Is 6 Years Old!

Six years have passed since SUA became a reality. During this time, we have consistently dedicated ourselves to supporting international clients in executing their projects in China. What started as a purely consulting company has gradually grown into a more complete engineering partner, serving customers across four continents. This evolution follows our mission: to act as a link between China and the rest of the world, using our experience to bring real value to our clients.
Looking back, 2025 concluded with the successful completion of our main resident engineer project. It brought valuable experience in quality management, the railway industry and collaboration with large organizations, as well as important contacts for future partnerships. Being involved in complex and demanding projects has demonstrated SUA’s ability to take on a wide range of roles in both engineering and management, while continuing to support manufacturing projects for different clients. This work resulted in a 30% growth for the company last year, confirming a solid business model and a clear direction forward.
We started 2026 with a strong commercial focus. A trip across South and East China allowed us to visit suppliers, expand our understanding of different technologies and prepare upcoming projects. This was followed by our annual visit to Europe, focused on strengthening relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities. As a result of the work carried out in recent years, SUA has also become part of a new joint venture to commercialize hot runner systems in Asia, together with a Spanish mold maker and a Chinese manufacturer. By contributing our market knowledge and technical expertise, we are expanding our scope and reinforcing our international presence.
To better present our experience and capabilities, we have also upgraded our brand image and launched a new website. This platform allows us to showcase previous projects and provide clearer guidance to potential clients. It reflects the stability of our presence in the country and our intention of long-term commitment to our clients.
On a personal note, last month I was granted the Chinese permanent residence, often referred to as the “Five-star card”. It represents the years spent working and building in China and reinforces the long-term vision behind SUA. We are operating in a challenging environment and the work ahead remains demanding. I would also like to acknowledge our clients for their continued trust, as well as our local partners for their long-standing support. Thanks to them, SUA has developed the robustness needed to face uncertainty and continue moving forward.
With appreciation and anticipation for the road ahead,
Luis García
