Founder's Letter

5 years ago, during one of the most challenging times due to the global pandemic, we took a decisive step and established SUA in Shanghai. What began as a modest venture with just one client and a small project has evolved into a company we are immensely proud of today. SUA is 5 years old and we have multiplied the number of clients we serve, the number of partners we work with and the scale of projects we undertake.

Since the beginning, we have steadily broadened our presence across several industries, firmly positioning us in automotive, railway and electronics among others. Our service scope has expanded significantly: From our core of engineering consulting together with molds and tools to machines, components, design and quality control. With this, we have brought new suppliers into our network to ensure we meet and exceed the diverse needs of our growing client base which includes new Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies.

This journey of sustainable growth has taken us beyond geographical boundaries as well. The opening of our Hong Kong branch in 2024 has allowed us to handle turnkey projects more efficiently. Now we are an important part of the value chain of our clients, providing from logistics and raw materials to specialized machinery. Simultaneously, we have reinforced our team in both sales and engineering, not only within China but also in Spain. These collective efforts have driven an impressive 100% increase in the revenue of the company, and SUA today stands as a safer, more reliable, and stronger partner for all our stakeholders.

We now enter a critical phase of our 5-year strategic plan, adjusting our short term actions to respond effectively to a volatile economic environment. However, our goals remain clear: To reach more clients in additional countries and industries and to assist them in their establishment and management of high-value projects in China, becoming the bridge to both sides development.
